Optiline Enterprises, LLC seeks three (3) Construction Managers. The Construction Manager will oversee and lead large-scale commercial drywall jobs for construction projects. Job duties include: project planning and development; budget management; supervising and mentoring project teams, including subcontractors and consultatnts; and ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Also responsible for client relations, risk management, and reporting. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management with 48 month of experience in the same or similar position in the drywall industry. Must have demonstrable ability in: On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid. Place of employment: 131 Burke St., Unit A, Nashua NH 03060. Occasional regional travel within New England, approximately 3-5 times per month, to job-site locations. Hours:  9am-5pm, M-F.
